- 500 g cod fillet
- 5 l house broths
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tsp sweet pepper of chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or coriander
- 2 tablespoons cream 15-20 %
The broth is boiled. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Similarly, we proceed with onions and peppers. Garlic finely chop.
In a pot, heat a tablespoon of oil, after which we throw the onions and peppers inside. After a few minutes, pour in the garlic and fry the whole thing for a while. Next, we add tomato paste and spices, after which we combine them with the rest of the ingredients. We add potatoes. Add the broth to the whole and cook under cover for 15 minutes. We harden the cream and pour it into the soup. We add the selected herb.
We cook everything together for a while, after which we turn off the burner. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. We cut the cod into large cubes, put it in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry for two minutes so that the meat is cut, after which we carefully put it in the soup. Its heat will complete the treatment of the fish.
