Italian salad with tuna and egg

Necessary products:

  • Tuna in brain – 170 gr.
  • Mixed salad leaves – 160 gr.
  • Tomatoes – 3 pieces
  • Capers – 20 oz.
  • Anchovy fillets – 4 pieces
  • Dried Tomatoes in Oil – 12 pieces
  • Boiled Eggs – 4 pieces
  • Parsley, basil, dill, green onions – 1 sprig
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation method:
Lettuce to break his hands. Parsley, basil, dill, green onions, chop and mix with salad in a bowl.
Eggs cut slices, anchovies and sun-dried tomatoes chop and add to salad.

Sprinkle with red wine vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper.

Tuna gently mash with a fork, cut the tomato slices, onion – semirings.
Capers removed from the jar and give the fluid to drain.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
