Salad "Mimosa"

Necessary products:

  • 6 boiled eggs.
  • 1 can fish in oil (Tuna shredded).
  • 150 gr cheese (to grate).
  • 250 gr mayonnaise.
  • 100 gr salted butter.
  • 3 st of onion.
  • some greens.

Preparation method:

This salad is made in layers deep salatnitse.

First layer – mash egg white, then layer of grate cheese;

3 layer – fish put in a separate bowl and mash well;

4 layer – chop the onion finaly;

5 layer – mash or grate 3 egg yolks. Put on a layer of onion, grease mayonnaise;

6 layer – put a layer of finely chopped greens;

7 layer – grate the frozen butter;

3 egg yolks grated and lay the last layer.

Salad can be decorated green, yellow, small tomatoes, lemon slices, etc., as you wish.
