• 500 g cod, fresh, skinless fillets
  • 25 g onions (1/3 piece)
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 3 pinches of black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

Cut the cod fillets into small cubes (about 3 mm by 3 mm) and onions into veryfine cubes (onions can also be glazed earlier). Add 20 eggs, chopped dilland 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the cod with onions. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix thoroughly. From the mass, form small chops, which breadin the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides.
